Pricing FAQ

Your setup fee covers: AI voice configuration and training on your business, call routing and forwarding setup, calendar integration, CRM pipeline configuration, custom greeting scripts, and testing. Growth tier adds advanced workflow setup. Premium tier includes custom workflow builds, multi-location configuration, and dedicated onboarding calls.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, we'll prorate the difference.
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans renew month-to-month. Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. You can cancel at any time — your service continues through the end of your current billing period and simply won't renew. We don't issue refunds for the remaining period, but you keep full access until it ends.
Every bundle is backed by our 90-Day Pay-For-Itself Guarantee. If, within the first 90 days of your active subscription, you don't believe the service has generated enough value (in recovered missed calls, booked appointments, or otherwise) to cover the subscription fees you paid us during that period, contact support@cassontech.com within 100 days of your start date and we'll refund the subscription fees you paid in those first 90 days. Setup fees are non-refundable. Limit one refund claim per customer.
Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted per-month rate (save 15-20% depending on tier). You get the same features as the monthly plan. The setup fee is still a separate one-time charge. Annual billing locks in your rate for the full 12 months.
A minute is measured from when the AI answers the call to when the call ends. Text-back messages don't count toward your minutes. Hold time and transfer time don't count either.
You'll be billed for overage at your plan's per-minute rate ($0.35/min on Growth, $0.45/min on Essentials). We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit so there are no surprises. Premium plan members get unlimited minutes under a fair-use policy.
